1. This terms of service agreement defines the rules for using the website available at https://kirs.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
2. The Service contains pornographic content and materials intended strictly for adults (individuals over 18 years of age).
3. Entering the Service and using it constitutes the User’s declaration that:
   • They are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in their country of residence).
   • They have full legal capacity.
   • They have read this terms of service and accept all its provisions.
   • Viewing pornographic content is fully legal in the User’s place of residence or stay.

SECTION I: Image Protection and Copyright (Strict Rules)

1. Intellectual Property: All content posted on the kirs.pl Service (including texts, graphics, logos, videos, photos, and any forms of visual presentation) is the property of the Service administrator or cooperating entities and is protected by law under copyright and related rights acts.
2. Absolute Ban on Copying and Duplication: Any copying, downloading, saving to local drives, duplication, public playback, modification, or further distribution of materials published in the Service is strictly prohibited without the express, prior written consent of the administrator under pain of nullity.
3. Image Protection: The likeness and image of individuals appearing in materials published in the Service are subject to absolute legal protection. Using, processing, copying, photo-manipulating, publishing in other places online, or any exploitation of the likeness of these persons is strictly prohibited.
4. Legal Consequences: Any attempts at copyright infringement, theft of materials, taking screenshots for further distribution, or violations of personal rights and image rights will be immediately pursued through civil and criminal proceedings (including reporting to law enforcement authorities and imposing financial penalties for property rights violations).

SECTION III: Personal Data Processing and Privacy

1. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the Service, we collect data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect and block spam.

• An anonymized string created from the email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if the User uses it (Gravatar Privacy Policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/). After comment approval, the User’s profile picture is visible to the public next to the comment.

2. Uploading Media and Files

When uploading any images or multimedia files to the Service, the User is obligated to remove embedded location data (EXIF GPS) from them. The administrator is not responsible for the disclosure of location data contained in files uploaded by Users.

3. Cookies

The Service uses cookies to ensure proper operation and user convenience:

• Comments: Cookies saving personal data (name, email, website) for 1 year to streamline future comments.
• Logins and Sessions: Temporary cookies (deleted when closing the browser) checking cookie acceptance, login cookies (expiring after 2 days or 2 weeks if “Remember Me” is selected), and screen preference choices (1 year).
• Content Editing: Informational cookies associated with editing articles (expiring after 1 day).
• Technical Note (including drag system processes): A system role of the drag type may also be included in the technological management process of access, authentication, or system configuration on the site.

4. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on the Service may include embedded content (e.g., videos, external service players, widgets). Such content behaves identically to a direct visit to the external website, which may collect data about the User, use its own cookies, and monitor activity.

The administrator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms of service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication within the Service.
